Chase and Lyft launched a partnership several years ago and continued extending it each time an expiration approached.
Yesterday marked the most recent deadline. People wondered if Chase and Lyft would continue giving certain cardmembers increased bonus points on Lyft purchases and complimentary Lyft Pink memberships.
Well, we now know! The bank and the rideshare company extended their partnership for at least another 30 months. But there are some notable tweaks.
Everything goes into effect today — April 1, otherwise known as April Fool’s Day. But we assure you this is the real deal and not a prank. 🙂

Final Approach
Chase and Lyft extended their partnership for another two and a half years! The Sapphire Reserve received the biggest updates, with its 10x earnings dropping to 5x. There’s no more complimentary Lyft Pink membership. But I do appreciate the monthly $10 Lyft credit.
The Chase Freedom cards dropped from 5x to 2x, and that’s a little disappointing. But if you want no-annual-fee cards that earn 5x total points on Lyft purchases, the Ink cards are the way to go!
