On the heels of last week’s pop-up Delta SkyMiles award trip sale to New Zealand, the airline apparently dropped another doozy.
This one is for roundtrips to Santiago, Chile (SCL). And like last week’s barnburner, award prices start at 44,000 SkyMiles — before an applicable Takeoff 15 discount.
Unlike the Auckland deal, the Santiago-palooza seems fairly limited in terms of available dates. Based on what I’m seeing and hearing, August through November apparently have the only sale inventory.
Also, this sale seems to be available only from select United States cities; the AKL deal was available from pretty much most US airports served by Delta. (Worst case scenario: you book a positioning trip to start your Chile journey. Get in touch with the point.me trip planning concierges if you want help.)

Any safety concerns
Honestly, I don’t know. Check out the DHS website for guidance.
I bet if you stick to reputable tours and use some common sense, you’ll be OK.
Why DHS? They don’t issue travel warnings for other countries….
Right, right. State Department. Thanks for the correction.
is the sale ends? I search and shows 110k miles need
I think it’s done-zo. I’ll add something to the title, thanks.
