That’s sweet, isn’t it? I’d love to see people’s reactions when they get the cards. I bet most travelers are like, “What the…?” I assume a few are creeped out. I bet a few don’t care. But maybe someone’s having a genuinely bad day (especially if they’re in the middle seat) — and Gina’s cards perk them up.

I have been the recipient of hand written notes of thanks in the past, it’s a lovely gesture.
Delta flight staff used to give me hand written notes thanking me as a Gold Medallion® Skymiles flyer. I think the notes stopped about the same time as extensions of status due to The Plague.
