It could happen to you: open the tray table on your next flight — and discover a little surprise from a flight attendant.
Especially if Instagrammer and American Airlines flight attendant “ginaaroundtheglobe” is (or just was) on your plane.
Gina tapes inspirational cards to a random tray table on flights. In this Instagram story posted below, she leaves a card for the next person to open seat 20E’s tray table. The message reads, “You are loved, adored, and cherished.”
That’s sweet, isn’t it? I’d love to see people’s reactions when they get the cards. I bet most travelers are like, “What the…?” I assume a few are creeped out. I bet a few don’t care. But maybe someone’s having a genuinely bad day (especially if they’re in the middle seat) — and Gina’s cards perk them up.
What do you think of her inspo-bombs?
(Note to self: start taping Eye of the Flyer business cards onto tray tables.)

Nice.
I have been the recipient of hand written notes of thanks in the past, it’s a lovely gesture.
Delta flight staff used to give me hand written notes thanking me as a Gold Medallion Skymiles flyer. I think the notes stopped about the same time as extensions of status due to The Plague.
