Well done, Delta! Job Well Done Certificates were sent to Diamond and Platinum Medallion® members after the airline decided to not issue any during 2020
In fact, there were concerns the Job Well Done program would be cut completely. But I’m happy rumors of its demise were greatly exaggerated. My wife and I received Job Well Done packets this week.

Job Well Done certs generally arrive as part of a packet sent during the new Medallion® year or when a member reaches a status level for the first time. Given Delta made the JWD certs a “special” mailing makes me wonder if new brag tags won’t be sent this coming year. (Oh, well. There are worse tragedies.)
Here’s recognizing Delta for a job well done: sending Platinum and Diamond Medallion®s JWD certs once again. (Now if they’d only make them available to Silver and Gold members… 🙂 )

I used to get these from AA. I think they did away with them because you had to write the employee name on them and the AA employees spend a lot of time trying to hide their name badges from customers. 🙂
As we make Delta Great again…
