This isn’t exactly a blockbuster but our usual mileage run parameters. But our hub-captive friends in Atlanta may be able to do something with this Delta first class mileage run to Lihue, Kauai, in Hawaii.
Delta says it’ll earn 27,296 MQM and $2,921 MQD. If you have at least $79 MQD in your SkyMiles balance, this run alone might kick you up an entire status tier.
The trip flies ATL-DTW-LAX-LIH-LAX-DTW-ATL. That’s a lot of flying during about 36 hours. But it may be worth it for some ATL folks. Especially those who don’t want to risk (or can’t find) an international partner Delta partner trip. (If you can’t find a partner trip, get in touch with our friends at Juicy Miles. They have a SkyTeam specialist who loves creating lucrative mileage runs.)
I found only one available date: December 6. Only two seats remain as of this post’s publication time. So if you want to book the deal, jump on it now.
