I found it available for one set of dates only: Monday, November 25 – Thursday, November 28.
Depart Monday afternoon at 3:25 PM — plenty of time to put in a half-day of work or take a positioning trip to JFK.

The run is also available through Amex Travel — for $2939.45. If you hold the American Express Business Platinum Card and want to take advantage of the 35% Pay with Points rebate, this may be a better option for you. Keep in mind that Platinum Card® from American Express and American Express Business Platinum Card earn 5X when purchasing through Amex Travel. You won’t receive those earnings purchasing through Expedia, Travelocity, or another OTA.

Seems this is dead
You actually earn 5x when using your Amex personal platinum thru an OTA. The commission is billed to the OTA and the remainder is billed directly thru the airline.
