September tends to be a slow month. Summer travel is over and business travel has not started the year end push. But at the same time many of us (well not me) are looking at our elite points balance and considering either picking up a Delta AMEX Reserve card for the 10,000 MQMs or a mileage run to top off what we need. I’m diamond on Delta and now Amweican Executive so I have 12 system wide upgrades for next year! American doesn’t have the upgrades in the seats as Deltta but when I was platinum on American I was upgraded 95% of the time Diamond 2 mm 75 % that stinks!
