Aviation lovers — especially Delta Air Lines followers — your latest obsession has arrived.
A new live map on Widget Watch shows every live Delta flight in the air.

The data is culled from FlightRadar24, NOAA’s Aviation Weather Center, and the FAA. The map is unofficial and not affiliated with Delta itself.
Click Here: Live Map of Every Delta Flight
You can spend hours toying around with the map and filter by all sorts of specifications, such as:
- Flights en route from/to various Delta hubs
- Flights in various stages of flight: on the ground, climbing, cruising, descending, on approach
- Delta’s fleet, down to individual aircraft and their WiFi capabilities
This is based on a project originally created by a guy named Jonah Berg.
Have fun!!

Do you know what the difference is between the blue planes and the yellow planes?
I believe the blue ones are tracked by satellite and the yellow are tracked by Earth-based radar/ADS-B. Same as Flightradar24.
Most of the yellow are over the ocean and most of the blue are over land. I would think it would be the other way around.
Blue planes are domestic flights. Yellow planes are Long Haul/International flights.
Or, yellow may be “long haul” flights.
