It turns out that the current Secret Social Password is, well, nothing.
The previous Secret Social Password (“Chalet All Day”) apparently sunsetted only a few weeks ago.
I messaged Kimpton yesterday after searching high and low for the current password. They told me, “The secret password is on its own vacay, but as soon as it gets back we will post about it!” So, make sure to follow Kimpton on social media. René reported some luck a few years back when something similar happened. The hotel took pity and threw him a bone. (Actually, some wine.) I have a Kimpton stay during the next couple of weeks. Perhaps I’ll drop a, “Hey, want to visit the chalet all day?” If anything, it’ll be worth it just to see them look at me like, “Oh, bless his heart.”

The Kimpton Hotels Secret Social Password is fun way to reward guests who, well, know the password.
When you check in to Kimpton properties worldwide, mention the password (when the promotion is running) and you receive something special.
Rewards might be IHG One Rewards points, room upgrades, bottles of wine, drinks coupons, and other “stuff.” One of my friends received this enormous toiletry kit. It might look small but I saw it during a FaceTime call and the darn thing is huge.

Kimpton’s Secret Social Password is on hiatus. We’ll update you as soon as we hear something. In the meantime, it can’t hurt to try “chalet all day” next time you check in to a Kimpton.
