I hope you’re having a great weekend! Family friends are visiting us and we enjoyed a fun barbeque last night. What are you up to?
We got up to a lot of stuff on the blog during the past week.
Something I’ve tried to get better about is relaxing when I travel — especially during vacations. It’s easy to try and pack so much activity into such a limited amount of time that we end up frazzled and don’t enjoy ourselves as much as we should.
I tell ya, there’s just no pleasing some people. This couple complained about a bunch of stuff during their resort stay: people getting it on in the swimming pool, partiers using drugs, and encountering a dead body. Live a little! Relax! 🙂
René found an app he loves! The only problem? He discovered it, like, years too late.
A pair of Marriott cards offer three Free NIght Awards as part of their welcome bonuses.
Someone claiming to work for American Express dropped some unsubtantiated rumors about Delta Sky Club access.
If Delta canceled your flight durig COVID, you might be be entitled to compensation through a class action lawsuit.
What do you think about self-tagging your own checked bags at airport?

I have a hard time believing that Delta will limited AmEx Reserve cardholders to only a certain number of lounge visits per year, especially as Delta opens Delta One lounges in 2024.
Theoretically, the regular Sky Clubs should be less-crowded at airports with Delta One lounges. It will also be interesting to see if Delta restores Sky Club access for economy-class passengers once those dedicated business-class lounges open.
