If you read just about any blogs you know Delta is having a very good award “flash sale” that ends tonight for Delta One or business class awards to many locations in Europe for just 99,000 SkyMiles or what we called a Level 1 award just a few years ago (funny how a good price before is a sale price now). Keep in mind some cities have higher tax than others and it may be worth flying in to one city and back home from another (taking a separate flight in the middle or a train) and this is called an open jaw ticket and is allowed on awards. CLEAR is amazing. Flat – Out – Amazing! And they are now tweeting that you will have CLEAR security in Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York’s JFK and LGA by year end. It cannot come soon enough for me to all the Delta hubs. Love saving time and getting through security faster!
Just interesting to me that Glen Hauenstein, who is President of Delta Air Lines, recently sold over 100,000 shares of $DAL stock (and now holds under 400,000) while Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway is buying airline stocks including Delta. [editors note: I never buy or sell any airline stocks ever]
While Delta FA’s are telling me privately mixed feelings on their new uniforms on the way as far as the look, I think Land’s End will make a great quality product. This, unlike AA flight attendants who are again raising more concerns about rash issues with their garments!
Last one is just odd. You never know what is going to fall from the sky. Can you imagine this falling in your back yard? Yikes!

Any thoughts on whether CSR or Plat. AMEX will add CLEAR fee reimbursement to their benefits? Thinking more about Plat. AMEX to up its game with CSR taking the spotlight of late.
@AT in ATL – Right now best choice is make DM. Not that hard. You can almost do it on MS and DL AMEX cards alone. Maybe a MR or two.
I got in on the 99k sale. Typical award ticket rules. So I booked an open jaw as close to the MPM as possible!
