If you have never visited the above Centurion Clubs by American Express you are really missing out. You can get entrance with any AMEX card for $50 per person or the better way is for free for you and up to two guests with either the:

If you have never been to any of the Centurion lounges you are truly missing out. They are nothing like any of the domestic airline lounges, Delta’s Skyclubs included. All is complimentary once inside, that is, you will not get “dinged” for a nice glass of wine or for food (and the food is often very good).
This one is post security in LAS gate side D after you take the tram out from the terminals.
It is very near the small The CLUB at LAS and I will review that lounge and it’s larger cousin later on.
The lounge is quite spacious inside. You may have to walk around a bit to find your own private area, but there are many nooks to explore.
There is even a walled off play room for kids. Personally, since I don’t have kids, I would rather they replace that area with a SPA like in DFW. 🙂
Next you have the bar and dining room and bar area.
Once again space is good. Even with many patrons in the area it does not feel cramped. I like the layout.
The buffet was well stocked with lots of choices and I found the staff is very attentive to refilling or changing the items when depleted. Service was good as it always is at Centurion lounges.
For you who love Java, there is a big machine and station that should pour out what you need!
Need a shower? There is one and all you have to do is go to the front counter to get on the list or be let in. Everything you need is provided for you inside.
I still have to say the DFW lounge is my favorite location just because of the SPA. Others have told me this LAS one is their favorite as the food is the best (but I would pick SFO for food personally). I can not wait for the MIA lounge to open up sometime this year so I can try that one out as well. – René

Nice. Rene, you should try to get to the Virgin Clubhouse at LHR to review it. DL is using this now because most DL flights depart from T3 at LHR. The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at LHR in my opinion is the BEST airline lounge in the world.
@Don – Yep will do so over the summer. Can’t wait.
To be more specific, it is just before the gates in the D Terminal. If traveling in another concourse, use the bypass doors near the D tram. Don’t exit security!
Do I smell a MIA meet up when the Centurion Lounge opens up? I detest that airport but I am sure I could stomach a quick TPA-MIA to try what I can hope is cuban inspired eats…
@Graydon – I love the way you think! #Brilliant
Did someone say there is an excuse to burn DLpesos on a trip to MIA?
@TexasYankee – Will have to do a combo MR and visit me thinks! 😉
Personally I think DFW is the best for lunch/dinner food and LGA is the best for breakfast! Those eggs benedict with Siracha hollandaise are the best!
