While flying all around the USA the past few days I talked to a ton of flyers. A ton of them were blog readers and mileage running too. But a bunch in the Skyclubs are just your “normal” medallions. What shocks me to the core is how many of then have NEVER EVER used Twitter or @DeltaAssist!

But there is one shortcoming with Delta Assist. There is no real full “list” that shows all they can and can not do for you. So, I did what we always do when Delta does not provide an answer; I turned to fellow Flyer Talkers HERE and started a list that we can all contribute to so we can have a better understanding if it is worth tweeting them or just picking up the phone and calling Delta.
