I don’t know if I am the only one who gets both the KLM PNR# as well as the Delta one when I fly, but if you do you can often times pick your own seats on both KLM & Delta. This is very useful when you are departing Europe as the check-in is handed over from Delta.com to KLM.com and sometimes your seats you picked on Delta.com will not “jive” with KLM. If you pick them on KLM you can be sure you will get what you want. Also, KLM.com has upgraded their graphics as you can see above. I am getting some strange results on some Delta jets; how about you?
Tomorrow the fun begins at the Chicago Seminars!
Cannot wait – how about you. – René

ooo Pretty. I cant wait to see who on LinkedIn is also sitting next to me 🙂
@Jon – it IS better than it was before. Yeah, KLM does take the who is next to me thing a bit far I would say… txs 😉
I noticed that this morning! When flying KLM metal, there is usually a better selection of available seats on KLM.com than what Delta.com shows.
I just flew CDG-JFK on a DL flight operated by Air France. I got bumped out of the seat I had picked on AF’s site, which as I understand it is essentially the same as KLM’s. But nice looking seat maps – they must be really new!
But you’re right – I would not rely on anything you see on Delta’s site for a flight operated by another carrier.
