Delta Points has a bunch of readers who use Delta.com each day. So, I thought we could do a good deed for the day. Let’s try to help the over worked “IT” department, (since they must all be very busy fixing the broken award booking calendar), find bugs that need fixin’! Then, we can send this post to them to help them out. Here is the list I found:

I don’t know if it’s related to my new status, but for the last few weeks I’ve been having trouble with my existing reservations. I click on “Trip Details & Options” and it just cycles back to the same page and doesn’t allow me to pick my seats. I want to actually give them more money and pay for economy comfort (I’m gold flying int’l) and it only seems to work during the morning / early afternoon hours. Annoying
I don’t know if it’s just a Chrome problem, but when you click on the first 5 options to move to the appropriate place on the page, the first five do not move the page. The URL updates but doesn’t take you down to the appropriate section:
