How many times does it take for people to learn that checking your bag in a soft case is never a good idea and especially so with Delta Air Lines?
Just recently Pro LPGA Golfer Jennifer Chang checked her bags with Delta and take a look how that went:
✈️️♂️ #WATCH – LPGA golfer @jenniferchang99 had her bag and numerous clubs destroyed by @Delta.

Yikes! In the video clip they even show how badly damaged one of the irons was and jokingly called the result a “Delta Grind”!
Most of us remember that this past May, Delta-contracted bag handlers were most unkind to the ETSU Men’s golf team’s bags on the way to a tournament.
Nice of @Delta to handle our clubs with such care… pic.twitter.com/5tcIivt9dy

Am I shocked by the latest destruction of golf equipment? Nope and I hope next time you fly with your sticks you have a hard case to protect them! – René
