It turns out that the current Secret Social Password is, well, nothing.
The previous Secret Social Password (“Chalet All Day”) apparently sunsetted only a few weeks ago.

Rewards might be IHG One Rewards points, room upgrades, bottles of wine, drinks coupons, and other “stuff.” One of my friends received this enormous toiletry kit. It might look small but I saw it during a FaceTime call and the darn thing is huge.
