A couple of Dell Amex Offers are floating around — including one recently released promotion — that can stack nicely for The Business Platinum Card® from American Express members. And now is an especially great time for cardholders to take advantage of them.
Dell Amex Business Platinum Card Benefit
The Business Platinum Card® from American Express members may receive up to $400 in statement credits each year for eligible purchases made through Dell.
These credits are broken up in two across the year: the first $200 is available from January through June. The following two $200 worth is available from July through December. (Activation/enrollment is required. Plus, the credits are if-used and do not roll over. Terms apply.)
If you hold the Amex Business Platinum card but haven’t yet used the Dell benefit, remember we’re already into June — and your $200 statement credit opportunity expires very soon.
Dell Amex Offers (Expired)
But wait — it gets better. Check out these Dell Amex Offers I added to my Amex Business Platinum.
The first offers 10% statement credit — up to $1,100 back. (That’s especially great for Dell high rollers!) (Terms apply; enrollment is required.) It expires on September 1, 2023.
If history is any indicator, that stacks on top of your Dell benefit. In other words, if you spend $200 on your Dell purchase, you get that $200 back, and this Amex Offer scores you an additional $20 in statement credit. You’re basically getting paid to shop at Dell.
Dell Amex Offer: get an additional bonus American Express® Membership Rewards® point for each eligible dollar spent on your Dell purchase. You can earn up to 25,000 bonus points. (Expires December 31, 2023. Terms apply; enrollment is required.)
Amex Business Platinum cardholders earn 1.5X points on eligible purchases at electronic goods retailers (including Dell!) and software & cloud system providers, US construction material & hardware suppliers, and shipping providers, as well as on purchases of $5,000 or more everywhere else, on up to $2 million of these purchases per calendar year. (Terms apply.)
The bonus points offer essentially earns you 2.5 points per dollar spent.
I really like that both offers are available into the July-December benefit period, too! If you haven’t burned your $200 Dell credit yet, you can enjoy some great earnings through August!
Possible Cashback Options
The Fourth of July is a month away. Cashback portals such as Rakuten and TopCashback might feature holiday bonus promotions offering elevated cashback at Dell. I don’t know for certain and am merely wondering. (We’ll blog it in case we hear anything.) It’s just something to keep in mind.
Final Approach
A pair of Dell Amex Offers make The Business Platinum Card® from American Express semi-annual Dell benefit pop even more than usual. Make sure to add the offers to your card — they’re a great way to earn bonus points and statement credit!
