Have you not yet received a 2022 Delta Medallion kit? There are various reasons why one hasn’t arrived in your mailbox.
1. You Didn’t Requalify
If your current Medallion status was simply rolled over from last year and you didn’t requalify by earning the prescribed MQM (or MQS) combined with the MQD or Delta Amex wavier requirement, you won’t receive a kit. Just like you won’t get any applicable Choice Benefits.
2. Delta Hasn’t Sent it Out Yet
My kit showed up in mid-January. But I spoke yesterday with a longtime Diamond Medallion and jillion-miler. He’s still waiting for his. Just for grins, he called Delta. An agent told him the airline will mail it sometime between late February and mid-March.
So, who knows what’s going on there?
3. It’s Lost in the Mail
Maybe your kit simply is still in transit — or lost like a sock in the dryer.
Don’t Worry – You’re Not Really Missing Out
Don’t get a case of Medallion kit FOMO. We received Job Well Done certificates a while ago. Unless you bump up a Medallion level and are excited to get new brag tags, JWD certs are pretty much the item many of us enjoy most.
There’s nothing particularly spectacular about the package I received. The bag tags are the same ones Delta sent the past couple of years. I tossed them into my travel supply box just in case the ones currently on my luggage sustain some type of significant damage.
Delta also included a couple of plastic loops to attach the brag tags to your bags. I threw those out and recommend going with something sturdier. I use a set of colored, nylon-coated stainless steel cable rings and they work great.
Final Approach
2022 Delta Medallion kits showed up in some status holders’ mailboxes. Others elites, though, are still waiting. If your status rolled over from last year and you didn’t requalify, stop waiting with bated breath — you won’t get one.
In any instance, you’re not missing out on too much.

Have been Platinum Medallion for several years and have those tags and benefit certificates. Reached Diamond in early December and received the benefit and JWD certificates but still waiting on the bag tags. I was told Delta utilizes a third party for the bag tag mailing so it’s wait and see.
Same here. Have been Platinum for a long time, and became Diamond this year. Still no tags as of March 23. My wife received her Platinum tags a week ago.
Two platinums in this household. No brag tags as of yet, but did receive the JWD cards.
Just reached Diamond last October and have not received anything. I’m relatively new to higher status on Delta. Can someone tell me what JWD certificates are?

I requalified for Diamond in November. I have received JWD certificates, but not DM kit.
Requalified the butt in seat way but nothing yet! My daughter who is gold got her kit!!
I qualified mid December for Diamond.
I have not received anything in the mail. Delta said it was a supply chain issue from a third party when I called.
