December is usually when we receive emails, comments, and social media messages asking about mileage run help. But I don’t remember when so many people contacted us this late into the month –still hoping to snag mileage run deals before the end of the year.
So is it too late for you to book a mileage run for 2021?
Not necessarily. You may be in luck.
I spoke with Miles Jackson at Point.Me (formerly known as Juicy Miles — still the great mileage run and award travel service we highly recommend) a few minutes ago — and they’re still creating new 2021 runs for folks.

With about 100 hours to go in 2021, people are contacting Point.Me‘s mileage run staff. Miles and his crew are tailoring mileage runs to fly before the clock strikes midnight on Friday evening. He explained most of his clients are taking advantage of the Delta Status Accelerator promotion expiring this Friday, December 31. (People are racing to scoop up Delta MQD to jump a status tier.)
That said: don’t expect to take some exotic international business class run overseas and make it back in time to watch the Rose Parade on Saturday morning. Your best bets are North America premium cabin runs on Delta. Remember that SkyMiles award tickets earn MQM, MQS, and MQD and qualify for the Status Accelerator.
