It sounds like someone was a pain in the ash.
A travel agent was purportedly handcuffed to a wheelchair and detained after she allegedly smoked a cigarette on board an Aeroflot flight.
Yahoo! News reports the woman admitted to drinking wine during her flight from Turkey to Moscow. Her excuse for smoking? She’s recovering from a broken leg and the cigarette helped ease her pain. (Though she looks fairly comfortable in these pictures.)
She didn’t win over many fans once the plane landed. She “brawled” with a police officer and demanded his name, calling him “skunk” and “scum.”
In the words of Dr. Evil: “Charming.”
She claims not to remember anything. Why? She accused the cabin crew of spiking her wine.
Yahoo! notes that she faces charges of “hooliganism.” (I like that. I think we need “hooliganism” criminalized here in the United States.)
Perhaps Deltalina should have a chat with the woman.
