Today I received my $250 Southwest gift card from the Tennessee promotion. The gift card evidently has no expiration date, and does not need to be used all at once.
According to the accompanying email:
As a reminder, you have booked a Tennessee on Me Package Reservation that includes a 2-night minimum stay at a participating hotel in the city of your choice. This package reservation is non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-changeable and non-transferable. This policy overrides any individual hotel cancellation policies. No modifications can be made directly with the hotel so if you need assistance with any part of your package reservation, please call the Tennessee on Me reservations team.
