Delta has canceled the LHR to DTW leg.
Wishing best of luck to the ill passenger(s) and those trying to get to DTW.
UPDATED, 12:34 PM PDT:
A woman named Laurie Kelly says she and her husband were on the flight.
She reports a female passenger died on the plane.
My husband and I were onboard this flight, headed home. Incredibly sad, the woman passed away onboard. @Delta crew handled it as best they could, with extraordinary sensitivity, order and compassion for all passengers.

This marks the second time in about as many weeks that a passenger has passed away during a Delta flight. A cause of death on this morning’s flight has not yet been released.

Any updates? Has anyone hear anything?
@Norris Krueger: Yep. Passenger died, sorry to say.
Argh. That’s tough. I know the inconvenience sucks but my heart is with the family of the deceased.
