I am often asked what my favorite Sky Club in Atlanta is. That is a hard one to answer as of the ten clubs in ATL many have their own qualities. I mean sure a few are my least favorites, but the F club has a Sky Deck. That, when it is nice out, is amazing.
You can get in with a number of AMEX cards or, if you are a Skyteam elite plus status and are on a coach or anyone on a business class international departing (or connecting) ticket, you can also get in free.
When you think of what is the “best” the F club has a buffet that can help you assemble Delta BBQ sandwiches after all. But E has a ton of space and a nice “sleeping room”. You see my point.
But if you are talking about the “look” and feel of a Sky Club, then the hands down winner is the C concourse club near Gate 37/39.
This club “feels” like luxury and a “proper” club if you will. When you think of a lounge, this is what I think of vs the plastic IKEA look of all the new ones.
This club reminds me of an old NWA Crown room or an Alaska Boardroom and that is a good thing btw.
There is only one help and check-in desk, but they do have self serve kiosks at this club you can use. Again, just a nice feature if there are lines and you want quick service.
This club is mainly one big room just behind the check-in area with a nice view. I really like the curved window that somewhat brings in a aviation feel.
The bar is small but full service. Seating is a mix of older and newer chairs. Not as many power outlets as the new modern clubs but you will be able to find them.
Just left of the entrance you have a smaller work / table area that also has the snack choices. I visited in the morning and you see the standard continental type breakfast choices.
You also have in this space a networked printer and a shredder and some free power ports. If you use these, don’t forget you plugged stuff in and walk away to your flight!
Also on the left is one more small room should you want some privacy away from the main room.
Lastly on the right side of the club you have a somewhat narrow work / desk area.
Then out the window you have a great view of the new massive B club that is being constructed with a huge new Sky Deck I am told. It will be fun to see it completed.
Again, I really like this club. I like the feel. I like the look and old school charm. It is the most unique club in Atlanta and I think you will enjoy a visit to the C club if you have time! – René

I like this club too. I don’t have many flights that leave from nearby gates though. The C club resembles many Admirals Clubs.
when we do get to this club it is usually very crowded but the view is nice and they actually have FOX NEWS ON SOMETIMES Yeahhhhhhh the best part ditch CNNNNNNNNN
