5X Points at PayPal!
If you purchase holiday gifts and/or make donations to charities this time of year, there’s an opportunity to score bonus points for that spending!
Starting December 1, Chase Freedom Flex® members can earn 5X Chase total points per dollar spent on eligible purchases made with PayPal. Keep in mind that plenty of online and a growing number of in-store retailers accept PayPal as a payment method.
If you’re not yet a Chase Freedom Flex®, now’s a great time to apply. You can earn $200 cash back (awarded as 20,000 Chase points) after you spend just $500 on purchases within three (3) months of being approved for the card.. The sooner you apply and get approved, the sooner you get your card.
A maximum of 7,500 may be earned in combined spending between PayPal and the other categories (more on that in a minute). The offer expires on December 31.

Remember, too, that PayPal has an online gift card outlet that often runs great deals. In the past, those purchases have coded as PayPal and earned the bonus 5X points!

More Chase Freedom Flex® Earnings
The Chase Freedom Flex® is such a great card to have. It earns unlimited 3X on dining at restaurants, including takeout and eligible delivery services. It also earns unlimited 3X at drugstores. Plus, earn 5X on Chase Travel℠ purchases. In other words, earn 5X points for stuff like flights purchased through Chase Travel. That’s better than most high-annual-fee airline credit cards.
