You’re in luck if you’re a CLEAR+ member and want low-key VIP-ish treatment.
CLEAR Concierge
As noted by Connor O’Brien (H/T @xJonNYC), CLEAR now offers “CLEAR Concierge,” the company’s “premium service for a direct path through the CLEAR+ Lane.”
CLEAR will now let you pay $99 to skip the CLEAR premium security lane at the airport. No, not a joke. pic.twitter.com/iPH69TyXub

13 US mainland airports and Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico, offer varying degrees of CLEAR Concierge.
First, there’s the “Express” service. A CLEAR ambassador meets you at the airport terminal curbside or another meeting spot. They help bring your bags to the luggage check. (“We’ll happily help get your bags to the right place. We’ll meet you where you arrive and help you get to the correct airline baggage counter.”) It doesn’t appear as though they help speed you through any lines. Once your bags are checked, you basically bypass the CLEAR+ line and then proceed to either the TSA PreCheck or standard security line. (I’m always fascinated by people who have CLEAR but not TSA PreCheck. Like, why not have PreCheck? You can probably get it for free with at least one of the travel credit cards you hold.) You’re on your own after that. The Express service costs $99 per party. I didn’t see a limit on the number of people who can be part of a booking. However, all adults (18+) must be CLEAR+ members.
For an even higher price, you can select the “Gate Service” option. It offers the same service as “Express” — except the CLEAR Ambassador will help carry your hand luggage to a lounge (if you have access), restaurant, or your gate. They’ll drop you off there and that’s that. Gate Service runs you $179.
Worth noting: the Ambassador will not help you from a lounge to the gate. Nor will they “watch your children or pets, accompany minors, or accept tips.” (The not-accepting-tips part is nice.)
You can book CLEAR Concierge up to two hours before your flight’s departure.

Final Approach
CLEAR now offers a pair of concierge services.
I love bells and whistles and all that stuff. Unless I’m missing something, the CLEAR Concierge is basically paying someone to carry your bags and get you through the line a little faster.
Nah thanks.
If they whisked you through an exclusive baggage check-in and security line — like the Delta One Lounge at LAX — that would be something different.
That said, I applaud CLEAR for realizing there probably are people who will pay for the Concierge service. They can brag that it saved them time in the CLEAR+ line and they had someone help them with their luggage. That isn’t worth the additional cost for me.

I’ve often wished for a concierge type service as I am disabled. I would like help from where I drop my car in order to get to check in and then from check in to gate.
While airport offers wheelchair assistance they basically take you from checking in to gate and abandon you. No way can you shop or grab a coffee en route.
Then when plane lands I’d like a concierge to meet me and take me thru immigration/ customs/ baggage claim and stay with me till I either get shuttle to hotel or car hire,
I don’t think it’s good if it slows others that have paid for regular Clear service.
