According to a report I have read, this family was reimbursed all of their out of pocket expenses by NCL Still it doesn’t include the hassle they had to endure to get back to Oklahoma. Since it was an NCL cruise excursion, the ship should not have left the port until all were onboard. I have always been told by Norwegian that if an excursion booked through NCL is late, the ship will not depart until all passengers have been accounted for. I find this scenario very suspect that NCL tried to get in touch with this family but was unsuccessful. I would sue the company for lots of pain and suffering and my wife and I are Platinum Latitudes members.
