The card comes with complimentary Gold status, but you can upgrade to Diamond when you spend $40,000 on eligible purchases during a calendar year. Cardmembers are also eligible for National Car Rental Emerald Club Executive status.
The card’s annual fee is $195 (See Rates and Fees.) It no longer offers a Free Night Award, which is kind of a bummer. But the statement credit feature sort of takes away some of that sting for frequent Hilton travelers.
