I understand crop dusting planes are supposed to fly fairly closely to the ground. But this is nuts.
WGN reports that Facebook user Clifton Howard of North Judson, Indiana, was driving on Highway 30 when he spotted the yellow aircraft. Watch how close it gets to a moving semi truck!

Forget mileage runs — maybe I need to take Vegas airport slot machine runs!
It wasn’t necessarily a stress-free experience — but a woman ended up booking an entire hotel on Airbnb!
Can you guess which city is about to have the most expensive rideshare fee? Hint: it’s not Las Vegas or Los Angeles or New York.

Isn’t that “North by Northwest?”
Amazing.
Truly one of the blog’s best comments ever.
It looks like a near duplicate of the scene form the Hitchcock masterpiece North By Northwest. Cary Grant is chased by a fake crop dusting aircraft in northwest Indiana and the plane ends up crashing into a truck. Great scene. Great flick.
I’ll always remember that scene because of a personal experience. In the 70s my Vega broke down on I-40 outside Amarillo, TX. I had to walk back to a service station. A plane was dusting crops next to the highway. At the end of each pass, the pilot was pulling up and missing the telephone/electrical wires next to the road by about 10 feet or less. It was great flying and great entertainment. At least until I got closer and realized that if the pilot clipped the wires, the plane would crash on top of me.
Whoa! And wow, a Vega — what a wonderful memory for me. Thank you, John! (My late mother drove one and I hadn’t thought about that car for many years until now.)
Condolences on your mother’s passing. My Vega and I had a love/hate relationship.
