The Platinum Card® from American Express’ $240 “Digital Entertainment Credit” now extends to several more popular media brands.
Cardholders can receive up to $20 in monthly statement credits when charging eligible purchases to their card. Originally, participating merchants were Peacock, The New York Times, Audible, and SiriusXM. (SiriusXM no longer participates.)
But now The Disney Bundle and its individual components (Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+) are considered eligible for the statement credit. (Enrollment required.)
I was using only $9.99 a month of my statement credit toward Peacock. Some of this month’s credits will go toward my SiriusXM annual renewal. But starting next month, I’m delighted to earn back $10.01 of the $12.99 I spend monthly on The Disney Bundle. My family uses the heck out of The Disney Bundle — and definitely appreciate this addition.
The rest of our streaming purchases generally go on the Blue Cash Preferred® Card from American Express, which earns 6% cashback (in the form of Rewards Dollars toward statement credit) on select U.S. streaming subscriptions. Terms apply.

An earlier version of this post said the card’s Fine Hotels & Resorts and The Hotel Collection’s $200 applied to stays of two nights or more.
The two-night minimum applies only to The Hotel Collection stays.
Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.

Why have you been keeping your annual SiriusXM subscription? As soon as they started the credit, I canceled it, got a refund from the remaining amount and switched it to $10/month which has been covered the whole time by one of my Plats.

Because that didn’t dawn on me until said something, Paul! 😉 Great tip, thanks!
