A flight attendant on a Toronto layover might have spotted Brian Laundrie — a person of interest in the Gabby Petito murder case.
He is wanted, though, for bank card fraud in the United States.
During a video posted to TikTok, the flight attendant explained she was going outside her hotel to pick up a DoorDash order. She noticed someone she believes very closely resembles Laundrie. The person seemed “flustered” after apparently entering the wrong hotel. He then departed in a car with another man.
Before that, though, she took the person’s picture.
(I don’t remember who said it — but someone on television quipped that this case is going to be solved by TikTokkers and YouTubers. Keep in mind that a travel blogger’s footage was critical in helping locate Ms. Petito’s remains. And a certain police department sure isn’t doing itself any favors.)
The woman, identified on TikTok as @cwlynn (“Clara”), went back into the hotel and showed employees the person’s photo. They apparently hadn’t heard of the Petito case — but agreed that Laundrie and the person photographed look similar.
The flight attendant said she contacted the FBI — and HLN news.
Watch the video below:
Does anyone else find it ironic that the video’s host is also bald and sports a beard?
The flight attendant’s full name and employer are not yet known, nor is the name of the hotel. She says the picture was taken on September 20. And now there are reports that Laundrie could be in Mexico.
Story developing…

Lots of people in Toronto have that premature-balding soy-boy look to them.
Amazing.
