Congratulations to DL, who won the Random.org drawing. He was comment #44 and likes Nashville because of the music venues. Excellent choice!
Many people are starting to travel (or at least plan trips) right now. So it’s a great time to give away some helpful travel supplies!
We’re giving away:
- SUAVELL’s slim, leather wallet with RFID-blocking capability
- 42Travels hanging toiletry bag
- Two Delta Air Lines drink tickets
- These tickets expire on July 31, 2021
How to Enter
In the below comments section, tell us your favorite US destination(s) and why they’re special to you. If you’re like me, you have several favorites! So enter as many times as you like, but each entry you submit must be different and unique from your other submissions.
And if you want to enter multiple times, feel free to list each city as a separate comment.
For instance, I’d comment “New York City — it’s especially beautiful during Christmastime.” Then another entry would be “Fargo, ND — my hometown!” (Do you like two cities that bear the same name? Even better for you folks who like Pittsburgh, KS and Pittsburgh, PA. 🙂 )
I’ll select the winner via Random.org on Sunday, June 27 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time / 1:00 PM Pacific. I’ll notify that person via email (so make sure your email address is spelled correctly — and also is a real one 😉 ) shortly thereafter. I’ll also post the winning comment on the blog.
I’m attending a couple of events this weekend — so please don’t panic if your entry isn’t immediately moderated. (We sometimes process them in batches.)
A few things to please keep in mind:
- The contest is open only to people with a US mailing address.
- Submissions sent to us via email won’t count. Only entries in the Comments section are eligible.
- Keep your language PG or G-rated
- Keep your comments on topic and don’t use this post’s Comments as a conversation thread. If you reply to someone or submit something else not relevant, we won’t approve the comment until the contest is over.
- (The few) people who’ve won a Swag Saturday prize within the last 12 months aren’t eligible to win this time around. Sorry!
- If you want to complain about the prizes or whine that “people who travel already have them!” then don’t enter! (Yes, this happens.)
- No purchase necessary.
Thanks for participating. Have fun!
