There’s been a lot of talk about the term “revenge travel.”
But one story takes the term to a whole ‘nother level.
Plus, several recent air rage incidents have something very big in common: a certain US state.
Those are some of the day’s travel headlines I thought you, too, may find interesting.
“Cheating” Boyfriend Gets Taken for a Ride — and Dumped
Two Texas women found out they allegedly shared the same boyfriend. At the same time. And neither had a clue about it for most of the respective relationships. (It’s reminiscent of the movie The Other Woman.)
The two ladies teamed up and took advantage of an already-planned trip to Turkey one (Kristen) booked for her and Mr. Purported Two-Timer.
The Daily Mail writes:
Kristen revealed to Adam she knew what had been going on as soon as they landed on Turkish soil on April 2.
Moments later, technical sales manager Sophie made a shock appearance too and the two girls then dumped their shared lover at arrivals before heading off together to enjoy Istanbul.
Surprise! So how did the scorned women get along? According to Kristen:
‘[Sophie and I] honestly had a phenomenal time. From the moment we met, we instantly connected, over an unfortunate circumstance.
‘We became friends quite quickly after we met up. We had lots of time to get to know each other and develop the friendship that came out of it.

California: Air Rage Central?
Maybe COVID-19 made us Californians crazier than before.
The Los Angeles Times details how a rash of recent air rage incidents somehow involve the Golden State.
(No idea how the state hasn’t figured out a way to tax crazy. They tax everything else…)
