Can you combine this with the Amex offers spend $100 get $15 back? Then you can buy 4x$30 = $120 for $100-15 = $85.
Granted, I’m not sure how to use $120 as these retailers.

Not sure how stackable or scalable this is, but I have AmEx Offers on my personal Gold and Plat at Happy Card, spend $100, get 1500 MR on the Gold or get $15 back on the Plat. Haven’t decided which direction to go yet, but this adds a bit of opportunity, hopefully.
