Just a quick heads up as one of my favorite events of the year is almost here that is the Chicago Seminars 2016 October 14-16. You can still get tickets HERE and it is well worth the fee from what you will learn from:
- Angelina from Angelina Travels
- Chris from ExpertFlyer
- Dan Miller from Points with a Crew
- Daraius from Million Mile Secrets
- Dave aka Bikeguy of FlyerTalk
- Drew from Travel is Free
- Emily from Million Mile Secrets
- Howie from Award Wallet
- Jen from Deals We Like
- Miguel from PMMTravelConsulting
- René from RenesPoints
- Scott from MileValue
- Shawn from Miles to Memories
- Stefan from Rapid Travel Chai
- Tiffany from One Mile at a Time
As for me, unless you arrive on time and early on Friday the 14th , you will miss my two parts as I will be speaking starting 6:15 PM for my first session on Mileage Runs. Next up an intro to MS at 7:30 PM. Saturday I will just hang out and help with the event so if you want to chat one-on-one I will be around all day somewhere (check the bar area as football games will be on – hey it’s not “just” about points ya know).
A few quick tips. The host hotel is sold out but EVERY year the week of the event or a few days before rooms open up. I would just keep checking back if you want to stay at the host location. Another tip is do be brave and walk up and introduce yourself and talk to all the speakers or those who are more advanced in any of the topics. This event is all about sharing fun ideas and tips. Either way I hope to see you there in less than a month from now. – René

I’m in! I had originally booked the DT down the street, but with IHG’s Q4 Promo, it’s worth staying at the host hotel for the POINTS!
@Kira – Sweet. See you soon!
Hi Rene: Being a Speaker, I am wondering if you have any Promo codes to be given away to your readers?
@Ron – Sorry no they don’t do that. Plus the cost is MUCH less than other similar events and proceeds go to charity not the organizers
It’s my first Chicago seminars and bought the tickets and booked the hotel on the same day it went live! Excited to meet you all
