Since it is a holiday weekend many of you may have missed out on a bunch of goings on. Here are the big ones across the blogosphere.
Not really a mileage run (use Google flights link to play with dates) as you have to stay for a week but if you can take a vacation run to Amsterdam or Paris this winter there are some really cheap prices. Keep in mind, after 1JAN17, we will be earning MQMs for the 2018 Delta Medallion elite year. You may want status then as well or you may not. View from the Wing has even more on this (these) deal(s).
And it’s back again with a HT to the Travel Sisters! I love this promotion and honestly have NEVER seen it go two weeks back to back. I just wish I did not have to drive a 3 hour loop to hit about 4 OM/OD stores since they closed so many in the greater SBN area. If you have a Chase BUSINESS INK card you need to crush this one. These MCDGCs do work to buy MOs at WM but you have to be quick with the yellow button to change payment to get them to work. My wife is a pro at this and I can never seem to get the timing right. Just know this going in.
Almost a year ago I broke the news on the 100k Crystal Infinite card. It still is an amazing card with sweet perks ($100 off two tickets for example) and especially due to the very generous perks for AUs. I intend to keep my card and pay the fee for years as long as these perks keep going. Oh and they gave me $1000 cash via a VDGC to get the card. Loved it.
One of the perks is for Priority Pass as it gives you unlimited guests into partner lounges. Well it seems the Chase BANK Sapphire Preferred card has joined the amazing unlimited club, according to my friend ADAM, and is offering the same sweet perk for guests. Infinite = Impressive.
There is talk the CSR 100k offer could be pulled early or adjusted down due to the crazy popularity of the offer. If you want this card I would not wait. Apply online or go into the branch to see if you are pre-approved as a 5/24 workaround. You want to hold these 4 Chase cards if you can for max travel perks and points (I do).
So that is what caught my attention the past few days that you should know about. Anything else I missed that you want to share with readers (and me) please leave a comment below! – René

Embarrassing question, can these cards be cashed out at an ATM?
@Mike – Nope.
