With all of the regulations on building (permits etc) anything in California it could take 10 years for all of the red tape and union issues to build the new LA cruise terminal!!Sad but true . Look at how much the permits cost for the San Fran downtown toilet…Over 1 million to build it with almost 1/2 going to permit fees….
@dee – I am ok with CA rules. They do have earthquakes etc and if as designed it will be amazing.
