It’s already May – just wow! I am already planning my fall golf trip with “the boys” and looking at winter cruise ideas. I am still just getting used to writing 2025 and yet 2026 is just not that far off it seems. Speaking of far off, take a look at the week that was on the blog:
I am always stunned when talking to folks as I travel who tell me they don’t have any business points cards. They just DO NOT GET IT! Just about anyone can get them and there is a literal avalanche of points just waiting for them. Want to get under 5/24? Just go for all business cards for 2 years and still haul in a ton and work your way to 5/24!
While no one loves the fees we pay for premium credit cards, we do all love special offers — especially when we receive a targeted promotion! I was targeted for an exciting new one and you may be too so take a look and earn some bonus points = winning.
If you are reading this post you are likely either a frequent flyer or a frequent floater and that means you will be staying in hotels. But do you request room service each day in 2025? Is it strange to do this? Chris had an issue with a coworker.
Hilton did not get much love at this year’s Freddie Awards (more on this later), but that does not mean their points are not valuable. I am a “Hilton guy” and am actively right now building up my points balance and you can too via these offers.
Speaking of frequent travelers – why not make your next trip really fun and see if you can raise some eyebrows along the way by “talking wrong”. I have some crazy suggestions for you to consider next time you fly.
Lastly, one of the biggest Chase offers ever is being pulled shortly (it may in fact be DEAD NOW). If you are able to go for this card you really should consider moving sooner than later.
I hope you are enjoying your spring / summer weekend no matter where you are. I plan on grilling this weekend and enjoying all the flowers in my yard! – René
