A pair of thugs fighting each other at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) after an alleged road rage incident plowed into an elderly woman getting out of her car and sent her to the ground. She was knocked unconscious.
Video of the May 31 incident was just released and shows one male chasing another male, who is shirtless. (Classy.) They’re on a sidewalk outside of an LAX terminal when they cross paths with a couple getting out of an SUV. They collide with the female passenger standing outside the vehicle while her travel companion hands off luggage to someone waiting at curbside.
As best as I can tell, this is Terminal 4, where American Airlines is based.
A Los Angeles Police Department press release reports that the woman was in critical condition with major injuries when Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics took her to a hospital. (She has since been released.)
The shirtless suspect turned himself in and was arrested. Jasan Givens Sr., the other perp, however, is still on the loose. Fellow SoCal residents: if you see a silver Chevrolet sedan, license plate 5UAL384 with damage to the front passenger door, give the cops a holler.
Final Approach
An elderly woman simply standing outside her car at LAX was knocked to the ground when two males fighting each other collided with her. She was knocked unconscious and sustained major injuries.
The airport is someplace we don’t expect to get caught in the crosshairs of schmucks fighting. But this is another reminder, sadly, that we must be aware of our surroundings in public.
