We travel bloggers get to show off some amazing properties we enjoy. The smart ones, like Chris and I, stay free on points vs. the “influencers” or those who accept sponsored stays to promote the location.
That said I have never ever stayed at a location like the one US Open winner Bryson DeChambeau visited (or stayed in) at last weekend’s LIV Golf tournament in Singapore. The Marina Bay Sands Singapore has a suite that is totally over the top. It features things like
- An entry area larger than some hotel rooms
- Spacious wet bar with seating for 4+
- Simply insane views
- A massage chair by the king size bed
- A dining room table with seating for 6+?
- ….and lastly a golf simulator in room behind movable wall!
Bryson mentioned in the video clip you can see below that he had similar room in his home but built it too short for practice with his driver. Oooppseeee! Now take a look at the room that you too can book suites at this location for somewhere around $1,500 USD per night.
It seems they have their own rewards program and, get this, you can pay to upgrade your status. For just $370,000 you too can hold top PAIZA status with all that yields?
I have to ask – have you ever stayed at a hotel that has a golf sim in the suite? – Rene
