What a busy past two weeks! I spoke at an online FTU event last weekend and was lucky enough to get a few jobs from two longtime photo clients.
Not to get too personal here, but I can’t tell you what a relief it is for so many of us working in the entertainment industry that the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes are finally coming to a close. Right when we started getting back in the black after COVID, a pair of strikes crushed us. There were plenty of times I woke up in the middle of the night and didn’t fall back asleep. (And, no: not all of us travel-points-miles bloggers make millions of dollars, despite what people on social media say, precious few do.)
If you’re a regular — or even occasional — reader of this blog, thank you. Your support has literally kept lights on and mouths fed.
