Here’s what happens when you have only two front desk workers checking in guests to a major Las Vegas resort.

Las Vegas YouTuber Jacob Orth posted this video (embedded above) noting that the hundreds-of-people-long line recorded at 11:00 PM on a Monday night in mid-September. In other words, he didn’t shoot it during a Friday or Saturday night when Vegas is really hopping. And it was at The Rio, for cryin’ out loud! (You know, the place that’s turning into a Hyatt.)
I don’t know if this was a result of the recent cyber attacks that struck Caesars and MGM properties. But my guess is that having only two people man the front desks while kiosks are dark probably didn’t help things.
