If you hold the The Platinum Card® from American Express and want to get a free Paramount+ subscription, you might be in luck.
One of the Amex Platinum card’s benefits is a complimentary monthly membership to Walmart+, a subscription program giving members free delivery on orders and other benefits (enrollment required and terms apply).
Walmart+ announced that its now adding the Paramount+ Essential Plan as part of its benefits! (Enrollment required.) The service normally costs $4.99 month and you must endure some commercials. The Essential Plan does not include local CBS channel coverage — but “but NFL on CBS and UEFA Champions League will be available via separate live feeds.” (Visit the Paramount+ page for more information on their plans.) I don’t know if a Paramount+ Essential Plan subscription obtained through a Walmart+ subscription can be applied toward a plan with no commercials. I’ll update this post if I find out! (H/T: TPG)
