LAX may smell more interesting than usual: 17 million gallons of untreated sewage spilled into the Pacific Ocean — from a plant near the iconic airport.
Plus, Disney World just announced some big plans for Christmas 2021.
Those are some of the day’s travel-related stories I thought you, too, may find interesting.
Dockweiler Sewage Spill Near LAX

Disney World Christmas 2021
Not long after Backstreet Boys announced a Christmas show in Las Vegas, Walt Disney World touted its plan for this year’s holiday season.
TravelPulse reports that WDW’s Magical Holiday Season will debut on November 8 and celebrate “the holidays with an all-new festive after-hours party, themed food and beverage, special events and [cap] everything off with ‘Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks.'”
Can you believe that’s less than four months away?!
