Free Private Jet Trip! (But Do You Really Want It?)
Baha Mar resort in Nassau, Bahamas, launched “Travel with Confidence” — a unique promotion (for lack of a better term, I guess) to lure travelers: a free private jet trip or an extended stay to guests who test positive for COVID-19.
Travel + Leisure reports that guests who come down with the virus have their choice of two options:
- a complimentary private jet to get home
- a free 14-day stay in a suite (with a daily dining credit of $150 per person.

The U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) said on Friday it is launching an effort to fill more than 6,000 jobs for airport screening officers, citing anticipated seasonal travel trends and progress in COVID-19 vaccinations for the general public.
