Just a heads-up in case you need to buy gift cards: eGifter is an eligible American Express Shop Small business!
This means you can save $5 on a purchase of $10 (or more) using the Shop Small Amex Offer. (Remember, you must first add the offer to your eligible card.)
So if you have to buy, say, two $25 gift cards at eGifter, split them into two separate orders. This will get you $10 back. Otherwise, combining them into a single order would net you only $5 back.
This is another Amex Shop Small option for gift card purchasing. DoC reported that Fluz app purchases also are eligible.

Is this going to end up getting clawed back because it is a gift card?
Hopefully not — especially because Amex should know a company called eGifter sells, y’know, gift cards.
How many times per merchant can you take advantage of Amex small business offer?
I haven’t seen any wording or seen/heard data points indicating that cardholders are limited to X number of chargers per eligible merchant. The only limit is 10 total charges on the offer as a whole.
