Is this a mistake price?
Travelpro’s 25 inch Platinum Magna 2 Expandable Spinner Suiter Suitcase — which carries a hefty $720 MSRP — is on sale for $287.99!
Travelpro is a luggage brand preferred by many by many pilots and flight attendants, as well as frequent travelers. (I have an old Travelpro Maxlite rollaboard similar to this one. It’s been on hundreds of flights, dozens shuttle rides, and visited several continents — and still in great condition.)
UPDATE: Reader Dave points out that the olive color — if that’s your thing — is selling for $178!

Check out the price on the olive one!
@Dave: But it’s olive. 😉
I updated the post, thanks!
NIce clickbait – a simple check of camelcamelcamel would answer your question about this not being a price mistake and it’s not even the lowest price recently. As a matter of fact, it was $179.99 last month.
@Wease: If you think it’s clickbait, then why did you read it?
We have 2 of these 25″ spinners (and also the 21s”). What makes them great is the wheels – they have small magnets that keep the wheels in-line – better than much more expensive Tumi and Briggs and Reilly we own. They take abuse, can be easily repaired (handles and wheels are screwed on, not riveted). At $180 range, they are excellent value – our half-dozen Tumi and B&R cases now gather dust.
I purchased an olive one from Amazon two years ago. I paid $300, and at that time there was a similar price difference compared to black. I am not a fan of olive, but I’m not going to spend $100 more to avoid it. Also, the odd color does make it easy to spot on the carousel.
Note that theMagna 2 had a better warranty than other Travelpro bags:

Delta recently damaged one of the wheels on my olive Magna 2, so I will have a chance to experience the warranty service.
