I notice a bunch of your mileage runs are Delta direct and not through partner code shares… is this because it just works or is the MQM / MQD return not as good with the partner sold flights?
@Pete: Runs are just whatever I can find. During my last string of MQD runs, people were asking for MQM runs. 🙂 Was trying for Midwest region runs to Asia and Europe but nothing decent popped up.
I checked out some AeroMexico, Air France, and KLM flights today but didn’t get anything too exciting.

hi Chris/Rene, the new website looks a lot cleaner and less cluttered. But not a fan of the “top of the page” redesign. First the blue title on graphic is really hard to read with some backgrounds. Second, when I click through from wherever (RSS/email/front page) it’s to read your content, opening a screen that is completely filled the blog logo and huge graphic is… not what this reader is looking for. Then I have to scroll to find the text. You’re not the only site doing this but I’m not sure why this makes sense from a readability/end user perspective. Take users directly where they want to go rather than add extra steps!
