SWAG Saturday: Delta Sky Club reusable bag, Delta Air Lines Austin metal baggage tag, and two Have One on Us certificates.

It’s the return of SWAG Saturday (and my first as a “host”)!

The winner will receive a package consisting of the following three items:

  • Delta Sky Club reusable bag
  • Delta Sky Club Austin metal baggage tag
  • Two (2) Have One on Us coupons (or “HOOUS,” as we call ’em) good for one of the following onboard purchases:
    • a wine split
    • a cocktail
    • a beer
    • headphones

The HOOUs expire in December 2019. (Word to the wise: Headphones cost only two bucks. Adult beverages cost $10. This assumes, of course, you’re seated in the Main Cabin during a domestic flight at least 250 miles or longer.)

The Sky Club items are mementos from the Austin Sky Club opening.

How to Enter

As usual, the “Comment” section serves as our “raffle drum.”

In keeping with the “refreshments” theme from last week’s Sky Club post and yesterday’s rant, please tell me what meals, snacks and beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are your favorites onboard and in SkyClubs.

Enter as many times as you wish — but each comment must be different. (For those wondering, something like “Coke” for one entry and “Jack and Coke” for another is perfectly acceptable. But if I see anyone mixing Woodford Reserve with anything… 😉 )

(I’m on the West Coast, so don’t panic if your comment isn’t visible right away.)

Entrants from all over the globe are welcome. Remember that on international flights drinks are free everywhere on the plane and the HOOUs are good only on hops Delta doesn’t consider international flights.)

And this is a biggie: comments containing profanity or personal attacks will automatically be disqualified and deleted.

I will use Random.org tomorrow, Sunday, July 28, to pick the winner after 6 PM EDT. I will post the winning number Sunday evening and directly contact the winner to get his/her mailing address.

(And keep your eyes peeled for the weekly recap a little later with the final tally on our “Nonstop” vs. “Direct” vs. “Flight” vote!)

Have fun and good luck!

–Chris

UPDATE: WINNER!

#30 is our winner! I’ll get in touch directly to arrange shipping. Congratulations to our winner and thank you all for entering!
